Housing Rehabilitation The Housing Rehabilitation Program provides eligible homeowners with deferred payment loans in order to address code violations and improve living conditions for low-and moderate-income households. A wide range of repairs are eligible including lead paint abatement, septic system repair, roof replacement and more. Program benefits include no interest/no monthly payment on loans that may be completely forgiven, and the benefit of assistance with project specs, project oversight, and contractor selection assistance.
